All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service at billings@shopskygifts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging and mail your return to: Sky Blu Gifts Attn: Returns (RMA #) 1901 Terminal Circle, Suite 11 Billings, MT 59105 USA
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
Opened food items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective – e.g., expired products, contamination, or packaging issues.
