Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email our customer service at billings@shopskygifts.com and include your order number in the message.
  • After contacting us, securely place the item in its original packaging and mail your return to:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
  • We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

  • Opened food items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective – e.g., expired products, contamination, or packaging issues.
