Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
- International shipping times vary based on location and customs processing.
In-Store Pickup
- Customers can choose to pick up their orders at our physical location inside Billings Logan International Airport.
- Pickup orders are usually ready within 1-2 hours. A confirmation email will be sent when the order is ready for pickup.
- Please bring a valid photo ID and order confirmation email for verification.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all domestic orders.
- We partner exclusively with USPS for all shipping services.
International Shipping
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team at billings@shopskygifts.com.
- If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.
- Personalized or perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
